What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that from the time of your purchase you have 30 days to return your item. Your item is only eligible for a return if it is unused and in its original packaging.
If 30 days have gone by or your item does not meet the above requirements, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
*Please note that some items are not eligible for a refund if opened. This includes but is not limited to, intimates, sanitary goods, foods, and beverages.
How does a return work?
If you are eligible for a return, we will need your order number so that we may properly process your return. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the name of the product that you would like to return. We will help you from there.
How do I ship my unwanted item back?
After we receive an email from you, we will guide you through the return process. It is important to know that when you return your items, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund and are non-refundable.

*Please note that the time it takes for an item to be returned and processed may vary.
*In certain situations, we will grant a partial refund. This is because the item that we received is not in its original condition or is damaged/ missing parts. If this is not due to our error then we will only grant a partial refund.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your return and we will refund your money back to you in the way of your original payment method. (i.e. credit card, gift card, etc.) For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
